I did one of my business growth talks the other day – the subject was pricing. I got a great reaction.

In my experience, most small business owners wander into the pricing field blindly. There is no strategy … other than to do what most other people do, or possibly undercut a little. It’s no surprise to me that most people don’t get the results they want.

After my talk it became apparent that one aspect had really captured people’s attention … and that was how you can ‘play’ with package pricing to achieve very specific results. It’s incredibly empowering and might just change everything for you.

Below is a short excerpt from that talk, where I’ll show you how one well-known organisation pretty much trebled their premium product sales – 32% to 84% – simply by ‘playing’ with their pricing model.
